Keeping the retail area of a filling station clean and safe is a hard task as the constant footfall from the forecourt inevitably brings in contaminants including petrol, oil and dirt.
Open structure entrance matting, with appropriately selected surface material, can provide a very effective barrier, removing these contaminants at the door.
Unlike basic matting, the open structure ensures dirt and moisture falls below the top surface, away from future footfall, while the correctly selected surface material scrapes and brushes the contaminants from the soles of shoes.
